All items purchased from our website can only be returned within 2 days of purchase if it has a manufacturer defect. For fragile items with glass material such as TVs, cookers, etc please ensure the item is well checked by you and tested before signing the acknowledgment

Your item must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item received has a defect or requires repairs after the 2-day, the standard manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
Refunds will only be initiated if the customer decides to cancel the order.
